A few things you might be wondering before we start.
How long does a website take?
A starter site usually launches in two to four weeks. Larger builds take six to ten. Content and feedback affect timing; we’ll give you a dated plan on day one.
Do I own the code and design?
Yes, fully, once the final invoice is paid. Repositories, design files, and accounts are set up in your name from the start.
Can I update the site myself?
That’s the default. We choose a CMS that suits your team and record a short walkthrough, so nobody has to remember a training call.
How do payments work?
Typically 40% to start, 30% at design sign-off, and 30% at launch. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Can you work with our developer?
Absolutely. We can focus on design, hand over a documented system, and stay available while your developer builds it.
Do you work across time zones?
Most of our work is remote. We arrange at least three overlapping working hours with you each day.
